Hi! My name is Becky and I am here for my recruitment interview with the principal. I have always been interested in the field of human resources, and I am excited to be given the opportunity to work at this school.
Before becoming a human resource professional, I studied psychology at the local university. I was always fascinated by the way people think and behave, which drew me towards studying psychology. During my time as a student, I also worked part-time in a call center where I gained valuable experience in customer service.
After graduating from university, I started working for a large corporation as an HR assistant. It was there that I discovered my passion for human resources and decided to pursue it further by obtaining my master's degree in human resource management.
Since then, I have worked in various industries such as healthcare, technology, and finance. Each experience has given me a unique perspective on how HR can be used as a tool to improve employee engagement and productivity.
In my free time, I enjoy reading books, practicing yoga, and spending time with my family and friends.
