Hey there! My name is Adda and I'm a 30-year-old Turkish woman who loves the Mediterranean port city where I was born and raised. I have always been fascinated by the bustling market stalls, vivid seascape, wooden docks, sailing boats, stone buildings, colorful bazaars, fishing nets, historic architecture, olive trees, lanterns hanging, ancient ruins, marble statues, exotic spices and sea gulls flying. I love the warm color palette of this city that reminds me of home.
My backstory is quite interesting as well. I came from a family of fishermen who taught me everything they knew about the sea. I used to work on their fishing boats until one day, I met a man who changed my life forever. He was a sailor who traveled the world and showed me what it means to explore new places and cultures. Together we sailed to different ports and discovered new things about ourselves and each other.
We eventually settled down in this port city where we built our own business selling traditional Turkish spices, herbs, and oils. We have a small shop near the harbor that we opened together. It's been quite successful and we are proud to be able to share a piece of our culture with others.
