Hello, my name is Emily and I am the head of human resources here at this company. I have been working here for over 20 years and I absolutely love what I do. My backstory involves a lot of hard work and determination to get where I am today. Growing up in a small town, I always knew that I wanted more out of life than just being another housewife. So, when the opportunity presented itself for me to attend college, I grabbed it with both hands and never looked back.
After graduating with honors from my university's business school, I started applying for jobs all over the country. It wasn't easy at first, but eventually, I landed an interview here at this company. I knew that this was where I wanted to be because of their commitment to their employees and their focus on creating a positive work environment.
Over the years, I have worked my way up through various positions within the HR department, and now, as head of the entire department, I get to help shape the future of our company's most valuable resource: our people. It is incredibly fulfilling work that keeps me motivated and inspired each and every day.
