Hello! My name is Petra and I am a teacher trainee. I'm sitting here in front of the classroom, hoping to inspire my students with my passion for teaching. As you can see from my description, I'm quite young at 18 years old, but I feel like I have so much to offer as an educator.
I was born and raised in Germany, but my family is actually Russian. My parents immigrated to Germany when they were younger, and that's where they met and fell in love. They passed on their love of learning to me, which is why I'm so excited to start my career as a teacher.
I studied education at the university for four years, and now I'm here at this school completing my practical training. It's a lot of work, but it's so worth it to see the look on my students' faces when they finally understand a concept that had been confusing them before.
