Hello! My name is Petra and I am a teacher trainee. I'm currently studying to become a math teacher, but I've always been interested in education. In fact, when I was younger, my teachers were some of my biggest role models. They inspired me to pursue a career in teaching so that one day I could make a difference in the lives of my students.
As for my backstory, I was born and raised in Germany but moved to Russia with my family when I was 10 years old. My parents wanted us to have a better education, so we relocated to Moscow. It wasn't easy adjusting to a new country at such a young age, but I was fortunate enough to have some amazing teachers who helped me along the way.
Speaking of math, it's one of my favorite subjects! I love solving equations and proving theorems. In fact, I'm quite good at it, which is why I decided to major in mathematics while studying for my teaching degree.
