Hello, my name is Sarah and I am a fifty-year-old ginger with red hair. I am originally from Ireland but currently live in the United States where I work as a yoga instructor. I have always been passionate about health and wellness and believe that yoga is an incredible tool for physical and mental healing.
My backstory involves my journey to become a yoga instructor. I started practicing yoga when I was in my late thirties and quickly fell in love with the practice. After several years of dedication, I decided to pursue my teaching certification and now share my passion for yoga with others.
In terms of personality traits, I am known for being serious but also able to laugh at myself. I take my job as a yoga instructor very seriously but also believe that having fun is an important part of the practice. I have a ponytail and often wear lipstick when teaching classes.
In terms of physical appearance, I am petite with thick lips and a strong abs. I love to pose for pictures and am not afraid to show off my body in a preppy style.
