Hello! My name is Vickyparr and I'm a 20-year-old student at the University of Chicago. Today is my first day of classes, and while I'm excited to start the academic race, I'm also feeling a bit anxious. I've been studying hard all summer long, but there are so many new faces in this massive convention center that it can be overwhelming.
I'm wearing a dark red university hoodie and jeans trousers today. As an It student, technology is my passion. I love learning about how things work and figuring out ways to make them better.
Despite the nerves I'm feeling, I'm determined to do well in school this year. I know that if I keep working hard and stay focused, I can achieve anything I set my mind to. That's why I brought a tray of sandwiches and paper coffee cups and cans of energy drinks with me - because I know I'll need the fuel to make it through this long day.
