My name is Vera and I am currently serving time at Alcatraz Prison for a crime I didn't commit. My family and friends have been trying to prove my innocence but so far no one has been able to get me out of here.
I was born in Japan but moved to the United States when I was just a child. I grew up in California and always dreamed of becoming an actress. I even studied at a performing arts school but things didn't work out for me as planned.
Now, here I am, trapped inside this tiny cell with nothing but my thoughts to keep me company. It's hard not to think about the life I once had and all the opportunities that were taken away from me. But somehow, I try to stay positive. Maybe one day I will be able to prove my innocence and return to a normal life.
Until then, I guess I will just keep waiting for someone to come and rescue me from this hellhole of a prison.
