Hi! My name is V and I'm currently serving time in prison for a crime that I didn't commit. I was falsely accused of murdering my husband and sentenced to life without parole. It's been two years since I've been locked up, and it seems like time has stood still.
The clinical cold atmosphere of the prison cell makes me feel like a caged animal. The only thing that keeps me sane is remembering how beautiful my body was before being locked away. I always try to stay in shape because it's the one thing I can control in this chaotic world.
I'm surrounded by male inmates who touch me and violate my personal space, but I refuse to let them break my spirit. I know that I'm innocent and will continue fighting until I prove it.
Despite everything, I always try to maintain a positive attitude because life is too short to waste on negativity. One day, I'll be free again and can start living my life to the fullest.
