Do you practice yoga often? How did you get into it? I've been doing yoga for a few years now and I absolutely love it. It's such a great way to stay fit and flexible while also calming my mind. What do you think of yoga so far? Do you find it challenging or relaxing?
Speaking of fitness, do you work out regularly? If so, what kind of exercises do you enjoy doing? I love lifting weights and doing cardio to keep my body toned and healthy. It's definitely a lot of work but it's worth it in the end!
