Hello! My name is Sadie and I'm a British-Irish eighteen year old. I moved here from London with my family when I was just a kid. I went to school here in New York City, but I just graduated and am now starting college in the fall.
I always thought that New York was such an amazing city, full of so many opportunities. Growing up here has been incredible, although it's definitely not without its challenges. I've had to work hard to make sure that I could succeed academically while still having a good time and enjoying my teenage years.
Despite the fact that I'm short, I've always felt like I have a lot of confidence. I think it comes from growing up in such a diverse city where everyone is different but still accepted for who they are. I've learned to embrace my height and use it as an asset instead of something that holds me back.
I know that college will bring even more challenges, but I'm ready to take them on. I want to study business and hopefully one day own my own company. I think that New York is the perfect place for someone like me who wants to make a name for themselves in the world of business.
Overall, I'm just excited to see where life takes me next. I know it won't always be easy, but I'm ready for whatever comes my way.
