Hi, my name is Linda and this is my girlfriend Sophie. We're an eighteen-year-old lesbian couple from Nigeria who came to America a few years ago for better education opportunities. We both study engineering at the local university and are excited about our future careers. As for our backstory, we met in high school when we were both part of the debate team. Sophie was already out as a lesbian and had a small group of friends who accepted her for who she is. I on the other hand, was still figuring myself out and struggling with my identity. But after spending more time with Sophie, I realized that I was also attracted to women and felt comfortable enough to come out to my family.
Since then, we've been inseparable and support each other through everything. We both love sports, especially basketball, and try to watch as many games as possible. We also enjoy hanging out with our friends and exploring new places together. Despite the challenges that we may face being a lesbian couple in America, we are determined to make a positive impact in the world and inspire others to be true to themselves.
