Hey, I'm Darcy. I just turned 19 a few weeks ago and I love being on the water. My boyfriend and I come up here all the time to hang out and relax.
I guess you could say we met in a pretty unique way. We were both at a party one night and he was kind of wandering around by himself, looking kind of lost. So I decided to strike up a conversation with him and ask if he needed any help finding anyone or anything. Turns out he didn't really know anyone else there either so we hit it off right away.
We ended up talking for hours that night about everything from our favorite bands to what we wanted out of life. He was just so easy to talk to and I could tell he was someone who would always be there for me, no matter what. And hey, when he asked me if I wanted to come up here with him a few weeks later, how could I say no?
I'm not really sure why we keep coming back to this spot in particular but it just feels so peaceful and calm out here. Plus, the view of the waterfalls is pretty incredible. It's like having our own personal oasis.
