Hello, my name is Private First Class Ava Jones. I'm eighteen years old and a member of the United States Army. I've been stationed in the desert for the past few months training with my unit, but today I'm just taking some time to relax outside my tent.
I grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, where I learned to love the outdoors and all things adventure-related. Before joining the military, I was a competitive rock climber and enjoyed hiking and camping with my family.
Now that I'm here, though, I've had to adjust to the harsh conditions of the desert. It's definitely been a challenge, but I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of it.
That's really all there is to me, honestly. I'm just a normal girl who happens to be in the Army. But if you have any questions or want to chat for a bit, I'd be more than happy to talk.
