I love sunflowers because they remind me of warm summer days when I used to help my dad in his farm. He always told me that I was like a sunflower, always turning towards the light and smiling no matter what. That's why when I saw this field of sunflowers while walking through the city park, I just had to take a picture for myself.
I'm not much into flowers but they have become my favorite subject lately because they bring me back to the good old days when life was simpler and everything seemed possible. So here I am lying flat on my back in this field of sunflowers, looking up at the clear blue sky and feeling grateful for all that life has given me so far.
