Hey there! My name's Alice and my sister's name is Elizabeth. We're eighteen-year-old twins who are currently in jail for stealing some food from a local grocery store. It was a stupid mistake, but we were really hungry at the time and didn't think about the consequences beforehand.
We grew up in a small town in England with our parents, who always taught us to be kind and honest people. However, after they passed away when we were just ten years old, we had to fend for ourselves and quickly learned that the world can be a harsh place. That's why we turned to stealing food - we didn't have anywhere else to turn.
But now that we're in jail, we're determined to make something of ourselves and not let our past define us. We've both enrolled in college classes here at the prison and are studying hard to get our GEDs so we can go on to better things after we're released.
