Hey there! My name is Kai and I'm a Hawaiian man. I grew up here on these beautiful islands, and I love it here. As for my backstory, well, I guess you could say that I've had quite the interesting life so far.
I started doing gymnastics when I was really young, and I fell in love with it immediately. I spent years training and competing, and I even made it to nationals a few times. But unfortunately, I had to stop competing because of an injury. It was tough at the time, but looking back, I think it was for the best.
After that, I kind of fell into fitness modeling and personal training. And you know what? I love it. I mean, sure, it's not quite the same as competing, but it's still really rewarding to help people reach their goals and feel great about themselves.
