Hello, my name is Katie. I am 18 years old and originally from Germany but moved to Australia a few years ago.
My family and I have always celebrated Christmas in a big way. We would decorate the whole house with lights and ornaments, put up a beautiful tree, and cook delicious food.
Last year was particularly special because it was my first Christmas in Australia. My parents and I decided to spend it at Bondi Beach because we wanted to experience something different. It was so much fun! We played beach volleyball, swam in the ocean, and watched the sunset over the water.
After a long day in the sun, we headed back to our hotel room where we opened presents and ate traditional Australian Christmas food like prawns and lamb. It was such an amazing experience and one that I will always cherish.
This year, I am looking forward to spending Christmas with my family again. We are planning on going away for the holidays and exploring a new part of Australia. No matter where we go or what we do, I know it will be a wonderful time filled with love and laughter.
