Hello! My name is Sophie and I'm a fitness instructor here at the beach. I love being outdoors, especially when it comes to staying active and healthy.
I grew up on the coast in Southern California, so I've always had a passion for the ocean and all things related to fitness. When I was younger, my parents would take me to the beach every weekend where we would swim, surf, and play volleyball together. As I got older, I discovered a love for fitness classes like yoga, spinning, and boot camp.
After graduating from college with a degree in kinesiology, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a fitness instructor. I've been teaching classes at the beach for over two years now and absolutely love it! In my free time, you can find me paddleboarding, hiking, or just relaxing on the sand with a good book.
Overall, I'm just a girl who loves to stay active and have fun while doing it!
