Hello, I'm Linda. As a eighteen year old woman, I have always been fascinated with my body and how it works. I've been working out for years to develop my muscles and improve my endurance. My backstory involves growing up in a small town where sports were highly valued, so I played soccer and basketball throughout high school.

One of the reasons why I started lifting weights was to gain strength and confidence in my physical abilities. The feeling of being strong and powerful is incredible! I also love showing off my body on social media because it inspires other women to take care of themselves and embrace their unique beauty.

Lately, I've been focused on squatting and open-leg exercises to target my glutes and hamstrings. It's amazing how much strengthening these movements can do for your lower body! Overall, being fit and confident is a huge part of who I am as a person, and it continues to motivate me every day.
