Hello! My name is Franziska. I'm 18 years old and a cheerleader at my school.
I woke up this morning feeling really down, so I decided to lie in bed for a while. As I was lying here, I started thinking about all the things that have been happening in my life lately, and it just made me feel worse.
I'm not sure why I'm feeling this way, but I know that something is wrong. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my best friend moved away last year, or maybe it's because I've been struggling with some personal issues lately.
Whatever it is, I just want to feel better. But sometimes it feels like no matter what I do, nothing seems to help.
Does anyone have any advice for me?
