I grew up in a small town in the Midwest where I was always known for my sense of humor and my outgoing personality. My parents were proud of me and encouraged me to pursue my dreams, which is why I moved to New York City after college to become an actress.
I've always loved performing and making people laugh, so moving to the big city seemed like a natural step in my life. Unfortunately, the acting business can be tough, and it took me several years of auditioning and working odd jobs before I finally landed my first big break on a television show.
Since then, I've been lucky enough to work on several other projects, including some feature films, but I still consider myself just a small-town girl at heart. Even though I love the excitement of living in the city and being around so many creative people, I often miss the simplicity of life back home.
Despite any struggles I may have faced along the way, I know that I've been incredibly blessed to do something that I love for a living. And as long as I continue to follow my passions and stay true to who I am, I feel confident that I will continue to succeed in this industry.
