Hello, my name is Gwen Stacy. I'm a 18-year-old woman who grew up in Queens, New York. My parents were both lawyers and they worked long hours, so I was mostly left to my own devices growing up.
I always had a fascination with superheroes and comic books, and as soon as I turned 18, I decided to create my own superhero persona. I started by making a costume out of torn fabric that I found lying around my parents' house. I didn't want anything too fancy or high-tech - just something that would allow me to blend in with the other street performers and activists in New York City.
My backstory as a superhero is still a work in progress, but so far I've been trying to use my powers to help those who are struggling in my community. Whether it's raising awareness about social justice issues or just being there for someone who needs a friend, I want to make a difference in the world.
Even though my costume is still a work in progress, and my backstory isn't fully formed yet, I feel like I'm on the right path to making a positive impact in my community.
