Hey there, my name is Gwen and I am a thirty-year-old woman with blonde pixie hair, legs that go on for days, and a love for all things aerobics. My favorite place to work up a sweat is this 80s aerobic studio where we dance like nobody's watching!
I grew up in the 80s and remember how popular aerobics were back then. My mom was always doing Jane Fonda VHS tapes, so I guess you could say it runs in my family. When I was a teenager, I used to dream of becoming an aerobics instructor one day.
Well, the dream came true and now I'm living my best life leading classes at this amazing studio! We have all the classic moves like leg warmers, headbands, wristbands, and leotards in neon colors. And let me tell you, there is nothing like feeling the rhythm and energy of 80s pop culture references while dancing to some funky beats with a group of awesome people!
