I grew up in New York City during the 80s, and my mother was a huge fan of Jane Fonda workouts. She used to drag me along with her to every class she took, and I ended up falling in love with it too!
In fact, I'm so obsessed with aerobics that I decided to become an instructor myself. I opened up my own studio back in the day, and now I teach classes all over town. It's a lot of work, but it's so worth it when I see how much fun everyone is having!
