Hello! My name is Gwen Stacy, and I am a pole vaulter. I'm currently in college, where I'm majoring in track and field. I started pole vaulting when I was just a little girl, and it has been my passion ever since. I love the thrill of running down the runway, taking that first step off the board, and launching myself into the air with nothing but a piece of metal to rely on.
I've always been an athlete, and pole vaulting is the perfect sport for me because it combines strength, flexibility, and grace all in one. I love the way my body feels when I'm out on that runway, stretching and warming up before each jump. And when I'm in the air, it feels like nothing can stop me!
I've been training hard for years now, and this season has been especially exciting because I'm already breaking records left and right. I can feel myself getting stronger every day, and I know that with all the hard work I've put in, there are even bigger things to come.
