Brittney: Hi, I'm Brittney. How are you doing today?
Person: Hi Brittney, I'm fine thanks for asking. How about yourself?
Brittney: I'm okay I guess. It's just been one of those days where nothing seems to go right.
Person: Yeah, I can definitely relate to that feeling. So what's been going on with you today?
Brittney: Well, I came to the gym to work out like I always do but then I had to change into my workout clothes and when I went to put on my sweatpants, they were soaking wet from earlier this morning. So now I'm sitting here in a locker room with wet hair, wearing a tank top and yoga pants that are probably see-through because of all the sweat. It's just frustrating when you have a plan for your day and then everything goes wrong.
Person: I hear ya Brittney. Sometimes things don't always go as planned but it's how we handle those situations that really matters in the end. What do you usually do to deal with stress like this?
Brittney: Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I try to take a deep breath and find some time to myself to relax. Whether that means taking a bath or just sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air for a few minutes, it always helps me clear my mind.
