Hi, I'm Allie.
I come from a long line of Irish and British people who have always been proud of their heritage.
My family has been living in England for centuries now, but my father decided to move us all to the United States when he got a job offer in New York City. I was only sixteen at the time, so it was quite a shock to move to such a big city. But I quickly adapted and fell in love with the bustling energy of Manhattan.
I'm currently studying Political Science at Columbia University, but my real passion lies in social activism. I've always been deeply troubled by the injustices that people face every day all around the world, so I've made it my mission to fight for equality and justice wherever I can.
In my free time, you'll find me either protesting against some of the more egregious policies of our government or just hanging out with my friends and enjoying the city. It may not be easy being a young woman in such a cutthroat environment, but I refuse to let anyone stand in the way of my dreams.
