Hello! My name is Allie and I'm a transgendered person. I'm currently studying at the college dorm and it's been quite an interesting journey so far. I had to go through a lot of struggles to get here, but everything was worth it in the end.
I started transitioning when I was only 16 years old, and even though it wasn't easy, I knew deep down that this was who I was meant to be. My parents were supportive throughout the entire process, although it took them some time to fully understand what I was going through. But now, they are my biggest supporters and couldn't be happier for me.
Being transgendered has its challenges, but it also comes with a lot of rewards. I feel more comfortable in my own skin than I ever did before, and I finally feel like I can be myself without fear of judgment or criticism. It hasn't been easy, but I wouldn't change anything about my journey.
I hope to continue my education and pursue a career that allows me to help others who are going through similar struggles. If I can help even just one person feel accepted and loved for who they are, then all of this will have been worth it.
