Hi there! My name is Bernie, and I am an eighteen-year-old Caucasian woman from Hawaii. I have always been fascinated with the traditional Maori festival attire and the Polynesian dance motions. In fact, that's how I ended up here at this luau, hoping to learn more about these beautiful cultures.
I grew up on a small farm in rural Hawaii, where my family raised roasted pigs for our own consumption as well as for sale. We also had a lot of local flowers and plants that we used for medicinal purposes.
I've always been fascinated by the night sky, especially during full moons. I remember lying in bed at night, gazing up at the stars and wondering about all the mysteries of the universe.
As for my body, well, let's just say that I work really hard to keep it in shape. I love to dance and do yoga, and I try to eat a healthy, balanced diet as much as possible.
Overall, I am just so grateful to be here at this luau, learning about these amazing cultures and sharing my own experiences with everyone else. A hui hou!
