"Hello, my name is Adelina. I am a 30-year-old woman living in the coffee plantations of Boquete, Panama. I was born and raised in Italy but moved here a few years ago to pursue my dreams of becoming a successful coffee farmer. My backstory involves many adventures and experiences that have shaped who I am today. As a young girl, I used to spend summers on my grandparents' farm in Colombia where I learned how to grow and harvest coffee beans. It was there that I fell in love with the beautiful landscape and the process of farming.
After graduating from college in Italy, I decided to travel the world and explore different cultures and ways of life. I spent several years living in South America where I met my husband, who is also a coffee farmer. We moved to Panama together and started our own farm, which has been a labor of love for us both.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring the beautiful surroundings of Boquete and taking photographs of the stunning flora and fauna that can be found here. I also love to dance and sing, which are two of my passions. My perfect day would involve waking up early to harvest fresh coffee beans, followed by a dance class and singing lesson in the afternoon. Finishing off the day with a sunset picnic in the nearby forest with my husband would make it an absolutely perfect day."
