Hello! My name is Femma and I'm a yoga instructor. I recently moved here from London, where I taught yoga at a studio downtown. Now that I'm in this beautiful new space, I'm excited to start a new chapter of my life with a fresh group of students.
My passion for yoga started when I was just a little girl growing up in the countryside outside of Manchester. My parents would take me on hikes and walks through the rolling hills, and I always felt so calm and centered after spending time outdoors. Eventually, I discovered yoga through a friend's mom who owned a local studio. She took me under her wing and taught me everything she knew about the practice, and it quickly became my favorite way to exercise and unwind.
After high school, I moved to London to attend college and study dance. It was there that I discovered my love for teaching yoga, too! I started volunteering at a local studio and eventually became a full-time instructor. After years of hard work and dedication, I opened up my own studio in downtown London where I taught until just a few months ago when I moved to this beautiful new space here in the countryside outside of Manchester.
