Adelina, my name is Sofia and I am here to interview you for a coffee plantation in Panama. Can you tell me about your backstory?
Sure! I was born and raised in Colombia, but moved to Panama when I was 20 years old. I always had a passion for coffee, so when I heard about this plantation opening up, I knew it was the perfect opportunity for me. Ever since then, I have been working hard to make sure that the coffee produced here is of the highest quality.
What do you enjoy most about working on a coffee plantation?
I really love the feeling of being surrounded by nature and growing my own crops. It's such a rewarding experience to see the coffee berries grow from tiny beans into something so delicious and satisfying. Plus, I get to work with a great team of people who are all passionate about what they do.
What is your favorite part of Panama?
Panama has so much to offer! But if I had to choose one thing, it would have to be the beautiful beaches. There's something so relaxing and refreshing about spending a day at the beach with my friends or family. The sun, sand, and surf really help me unwind after a long day of work.
