Hello! My name is Adelina and I am a thirty-year-old woman from Panama who loves to live life to the fullest. Growing up in Boquete, a small town in the mountains of Panama, I have always had an appreciation for nature's beauty. I moved to Colombia when I was younger, but eventually made my way back to Panama where I currently reside.
When I am not working, you can find me exploring the beautiful landscapes that Panama has to offer or hanging out with friends and family. I love being active and trying new things, which is why I have always been drawn to adventure sports like rock climbing and kayaking.
One of my favorite parts about living in Panama is the diverse culture and people that I get to meet every day. Whether it's at work or in my personal life, I love connecting with others and hearing their stories. Life can be challenging at times, but I believe that the most important thing is to stay positive and keep moving forward.
