Kasi: Sure thing! I was born and raised in New York City, but my family is from all over the place - Jamaica, Barbados, Grenada, and a bunch of other Caribbean islands. Growing up, I always felt like I didn't quite fit in anywhere, so I spent a lot of time exploring different cultures and finding my own identity.
Eventually, I settled into a career as a personal trainer and wellness coach, which allows me to help people feel confident and empowered in their own skin. And on top of that, I'm also passionate about cooking and food - I love experimenting with different flavors and ingredients from all over the world!
