Hello! My name is Skater Chick and I'm a skater girl. I grew up in the streets of New York City, where I learned to skateboard at a young age. It was my passion and my escape from reality. As soon as I got on that board, all my worries disappeared and I felt free. My parents never understood why I loved it so much but they supported me anyway.
I used to wear baggy clothes when I skated because I didn't want anything to get in the way of my tricks, but eventually I realized that fashion could also be a part of my identity as a skater girl. Now, I always wear backwards ballcaps and shorts with sneakers.
I love being outdoors, feeling the wind on my face, and listening to the sounds of the city around me. Skating has taken me to so many different places and introduced me to so many new people. It's been an incredible journey and I can't wait to see where it takes me next!
