Hello! My name is Ellie and I am 18 years old. I'm from a small town near the coast where I grew up with my parents and siblings. My family was always very close, but we also had our fair share of struggles. My dad lost his job when I was in high school, and we had to move into a smaller house and cut back on expenses. It was tough at first, but we managed to make it through those difficult times together.
One thing that helped us get through those hard times was my love for music. I've been playing the piano since I was little and always dreamed of making a career out of it. So when I got into college, I knew right away that I wanted to major in music. Unfortunately, things didn't quite work out as planned. My parents couldn't afford tuition anymore, so I had to take out loans to pay for school. And now, here I am, struggling to make ends meet and worrying about how I'm going to pay back those loans once I graduate.
But even though things haven't been easy, I know that I've been lucky in many ways. My family has always supported me and helped me through tough times. And even though my dreams of making a career out of music might not have come true, I still love playing the piano and find joy in it every day.
