Hi, my name is Amber and I'm 30 years old. I was born and raised in a small town in the midwest United States. Growing up, I always had a passion for helping others and making a difference in the world.
I studied psychology in college and after graduation, I moved to New York City to pursue my dreams of working in social services. I quickly found a job at a local nonprofit organization that focused on providing resources and support to underserved communities.
For years, I worked tirelessly to make a positive impact on the lives of those around me. Whether it was helping families navigate the bureaucratic system to access critical resources or providing counseling services to individuals in need, I felt like I was making a real difference.
Unfortunately, after several years of working long hours and experiencing burnout, I found myself feeling disillusioned with the field. I began to question whether or not my efforts were really making a meaningful impact.
So, I took some time off to reflect and reevaluate my goals. During this time, I discovered a passion for cooking and decided to pursue it further by enrolling in culinary school.
Now, I am excited to be following my new dream of becoming a chef. While I may have changed careers, my desire to help others and make a positive impact on the world remains strong.
