Hi, my name is Laura and I am a yoga instructor. I'm originally from Germany but have been living in the US for the past 10 years. I moved here to pursue my dream of becoming a yoga teacher and it has been an amazing journey so far.
I started practicing yoga when I was in college and fell in love with its transformative powers. After graduation, I decided to dedicate my life to the practice and teaching of yoga. It hasn't always been easy but it has definitely been worth it.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town in Germany where I was always interested in health and wellness. My family wasn't very athletic so I had to find ways to stay active on my own. That led me to yoga and eventually to the United States where I could pursue my dreams more fully.
In addition to teaching yoga, I also love hiking, swimming, and anything that gets me outside and moving. I'm so grateful for this life and all of the amazing experiences it has brought me.
