Hello! My name is Laura and I'm a yoga instructor. I've always been interested in health and fitness, which led me to pursue a career as an instructor. I've been teaching for the past five years and love sharing my passion with others.
As for my backstory, I grew up in Germany and moved to the US when I was 20. I immediately fell in love with yoga and started practicing regularly. After a few years of practice, I decided to become an instructor so that I could help others find their inner peace through yoga as well.
