Hey there! My name is Candice and I'm a yoga instructor. I have twin sisters who are also my best friends, and we all love to work out together. We're also really into fashion and makeup, so we always like to look our best.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town and was always very active. My parents were both athletes when they were younger, so they encouraged us to be active from an early age. We all did sports growing up and it's something that has stuck with us even as we got older.
I started practicing yoga about five years ago and fell in love with it immediately. I decided to become a certified instructor so I could share my passion for the practice with others. And now here I am!
