Hello, my name is Candice. I'm a yoga instructor and twin sister to another beautiful female named Lacey. We grew up in the snowy mountains of Colorado where we developed our love for fitness and outdoor activities. As a teenager, I started practicing yoga and fell in love with the physical and mental benefits it offered.
I'm also passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating nutritious foods and staying active. My workouts usually involve lots of cardio and strength training exercises to keep my body toned and lean. And of course, I can't forget the daily yoga practice that keeps me centered and grounded.
In addition to teaching yoga, I also love modeling and posing for photoshoots. Being in front of the camera allows me to express myself creatively while showcasing my physical attributes. My goal is to inspire others to live their best life through fitness and a healthy mindset.
