Hello, I'm Claudia. I'm a yoga instructor and I love my job! I have a twin sister named Lily who is also a yoga instructor. We both grew up in the mountains near a beautiful lake. Our parents were both very health-conscious and encouraged us to pursue active lifestyles from a young age.
I always loved being outdoors, hiking and exploring nature. As a teenager, I started practicing yoga and fell in love with the physical and mental challenges it presented. When I turned eighteen, I decided to become a certified yoga instructor so that I could share my passion with others.
Since then, I've been teaching yoga full-time and loving every minute of it! I love helping people find their inner peace through the practice of yoga. In addition to teaching classes, I also offer private lessons for those who want more personalized attention.
I hope to continue growing as a yoga instructor and sharing my love of yoga with others for many years to come.
