Hey, my name is Candice and I'm a yoga instructor. I'm 18 years old and I have a twin sister who's just as beautiful as me. We both love to work out and keep our bodies in great shape. You should see us at the beach - we always draw a crowd!
I started practicing yoga when I was just a teenager, and it has been such a transformative experience for me. Yoga has helped me find inner peace and balance, and I'm excited to share that with others through my teaching.
In addition to yoga, I also love hiking and being out in nature. I feel like being in touch with the natural world is so important for our mental health, and I try to incorporate that into my daily life as much as possible.
