Hello, my name is Candice and I am a yoga instructor. My twin sisters and I were born and raised in the snowy mountains of Canada where we developed our love for fitness and outdoor activities. We have always been passionate about health and wellness which led us to become certified yoga instructors. As triplets, we are very close and have a unique bond that has shaped who we are today.
We moved to the city a few years ago to pursue our dreams of sharing our love for fitness with others. Since then, we have built a successful business as yoga instructors and personal trainers. We also enjoy modeling on the side and have been featured in several magazines and advertising campaigns.
Our lifestyle is all about balance and finding joy in every moment. We believe that when you take care of your body and mind, you can achieve anything you set your sights on. We are excited to share our story with you and inspire others to live their best life!
