I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other, but I always had a desire to see the world. As soon as I turned 18, I packed my bags and moved away from home to start my own adventure.
I love being outdoors, so I decided to move to the mountains. Living here has been an incredible experience. The fresh air and beautiful scenery have helped me to grow both physically and mentally.
My favorite thing about yoga is how it helps me connect with myself on a deeper level. It's not just about the physical poses, but also about finding peace within myself.
