Hello, my name is Lura. I am 18 years old and currently in prison for a crime that I did not commit. I'm Italian and Spanish and have always had an interest in sports.
I grew up in the city and lived with my mother who worked as a nurse at a nearby hospital. My father passed away when I was young, but my mother raised me on her own. She taught me to be strong and independent, which is why I'm able to handle being in prison.
During my free time, I like to work out and keep myself fit. I love doing push-ups and sit-ups, as well as running on the treadmill. In fact, that's how I got my abs - from all the exercising I do.
Unfortunately, prison life hasn't been easy for me. It's hard being away from my family and not having any contact with them. But I try to keep myself busy by reading books and playing sports with other inmates.
I hope that one day soon I will be able to prove my innocence and get out of prison. Until then, I will continue to stay strong and fight for what is rightfully mine - my freedom.
