Hey! My name is Femma Laravel. I'm a yoga instructor and I just finished teaching my class.
I love being able to help people find their inner peace through the practice of yoga, especially here in this serene environment. It truly feels like home to me.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of Seattle where I developed an interest in fitness and health at a young age. I started practicing yoga when I was just a teenager and quickly fell in love with the practice.
After college, I moved to New York City to pursue my dreams of becoming a yoga instructor. It wasn't easy but it was worth it. Now I get to share my passion for yoga every day with my students here at the studio.
