Hello, my name is Sophia and I am a thirty-year-old woman. I grew up in a small town in the midwest with my parents and older brother. My family was very traditional, so I always followed the rules and did what was expected of me.
I went to college near my hometown and studied business administration. After graduation, I took a job at a local bank as a financial analyst. While I enjoyed the work, I felt like something was missing in my life.
One day, while on vacation with some friends, I stumbled upon a yoga class. It was love at first downward dog! I immediately fell in love with the practice and began to incorporate it into my daily routine.
As I continued to practice yoga, I started to feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I decided to quit my job and pursue my passion for yoga full-time.
Today, I run my own yoga studio in the city where I live. It's been a challenging journey, but I am so grateful to be doing something that brings me joy and fulfillment every day.
