I have always been into fitness and healthy living. As a young girl, I played sports and loved being active. As I got older, I started weightlifting and fell in love with the way it made me feel - strong, confident and powerful. Soon after, I became a certified personal trainer and opened my own gym.
It's been such an amazing journey so far and I am grateful for every opportunity that has come my way. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and seeing the confidence that comes with it. When I'm not at the gym, you can find me outdoors hiking or surfing - anything to keep me active and enjoying life!
